Exception 4 in section 2902.2.4 <br /> (Washington State Amendments) does not require separate facilities in drinking or dining <br /> spaces where the occupancy of the total facility is less than 30 customers or employees. <br /> If one were to take this further, the employee load is 13 people (12 in the production <br /> portion and 1 in the tasting portion) and the customer load is 14 (non-fixed seats based <br /> on 15 SF/ person). This puts the occupant load for the production facility (closed to <br /> public entry) at 12 and the tasting portion (public allowed) at 15. Exception 2 allows for <br /> separate facilities when there are 15 or less occupants. Seems to me that one restroom <br /> is all that should be required in this instance due to both exceptions. <br /> 7.
