The need of the neighborhood,district,or City for a proposed special property use. <br /> Findings: The Applicant states the proposal will improve and expand coverage for Verizon <br /> Wireless customers in the area. <br /> Conclusions: The proposed wireless communication facility will improve coverage in this <br /> area which would provide a public benefit. <br /> 2. The adequacy of streets,utilities and public services required to serve a proposed use. <br /> Findings: All necessary utilities to support this use are located at the project site.
