The electrical <br /> equipment cabinet for the antennas will be placed on grade within a new <br /> enclosure behind the building. <br /> Applicant: Verizon Wireless <br /> 3245 158th Avenue SE,MS 231 <br /> Bellevue, WA 98008 <br /> Project Location: 6320 Evergreen Way,Everett, WA 98203 <br /> Zoning: E-1/MUO,Evergreen Way/Mixed Use Overlay <br /> General Plan: 4.4 Mixed Use Commercial/Multiple Family <br /> Contact Person: Grace Pollard Phone:425.257.8807 <br /> GENERAL SPECIAL PROPERTY USE EVALUATION CRITERIA <br /> Findings and Conclusions: <br /> The following findings and conclusions are based on the criteria established in section 41.150.0 <br /> of the City's Zoning Code—Special Property Use permits: <br /> 1. The need of the neighborhood,district,or City for a proposed special property use. <br /> Findings: The Applicant states the proposal will improve and expand coverage for Verizon <br /> Wireless customers in the area. <br /> Conclusions: The proposed wireless communication facility will improve coverage in this <br /> area which would provide a public benefit. <br /> 2. The adequacy of streets,utilities and public services required to serve a proposed use. <br /> Findings: All necessary utilities to support this use are located at the project site. The <br /> subject property abuts Evergreen Way which is improved with curb, gutter, and sidewalk <br /> and has vehicular access to Fleming Street via a shared parking lot west of the building. <br /> Conclusions: The streets,utilities, and public services are adequate for this proposal. <br /> SPU 16-010 <br /> ' jrage 1 of 73 <br />
