City of Everett "Design and Construction Standards and Specifications" (Revised <br /> ' 1-19), as found online on the City's Website at: https://everettwa.gov/319/Bid- <br /> Opportunities. <br /> 3. "Standard Plans for Road and Bridge Construction," latest edition as prepared by <br /> WSDOT. <br /> 1 4. "Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices" (MUTCD), latest edition. <br /> 5. APWA Standards, latest edition. <br /> 6. Washington Department of Natural Resources, "Forest Practice Board Manual". <br /> 1.4 EXAMINATION OF SITE CONDITIONS, CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND <br /> ' REGULATIONS <br /> A. Bidders shall inspect the Site of the Work and carefully review the Contract Documents <br /> to satisfy themselves, by personal examination, or by such other means as they may <br /> ' prefer, of the location of the proposed Work, the actual physical conditions of and at the <br /> Site, surface and subsurface conditions, and conditions ordinarily to be encountered and <br /> generally recognized as inherent in the Work.
