' City of Everett 00 2113 - 9 <br /> Diversion Dam Road Phase 3 UT 3707 & UT 3708 <br /> 8. Approval of Subcontractors: Contractors shall request approval of Subcontractors <br /> on a form provided by the City prior to their working on the Site. <br /> 9. Construction Progress Schedule: To be submitted as required by Section 007200, <br /> Part 5 "Progress and Completion", of the Contract Documents by the Contractor <br /> ' within ten calendar days, or such time as determined by the City, after the date of <br /> receipt of Notice to Proceed. <br /> 10. Traffic Control Plan: Standard Traffic Control Plans are included in the City's <br /> Design and Construction Standards. If, and to the extent, such plans are not <br /> sufficient, complete or adequate to support the Bidder's planned means and <br /> methods of performing the Work, the Bidder must develop an adequate, complete <br /> ' and sufficient traffic control plan at its cost, that shall be submitted for the City's <br /> approval prior to construction. Deviation from the Standard Plans must be <br /> submitted by the Contractor and approved by the City prior to construction. <br /> 11. Disposal Sites: Provide the City with the location of all disposal sites to be used, <br /> ' and also provide copies of the permits and approvals for such disposal sites. The <br /> Contractor shall provide the City with copies of all permits for disposal and storage <br /> of surplus materials within ten calendar days after award of the Contract. <br /> ' 1.23 POSTPONEMENT OF OPENING <br /> ' A. The City reserves the right to postpone the date and time for receiving or opening of <br /> Bids, or both, at any time prior to the date and time established in the Notice to Bidders. <br /> Postponement notices shall be provided to Bidders in the form of addenda. <br /> 1.24 BUSINESS LICENSE <br /> A.
