EVE RETT <br /> WASHINGTON <br /> liability of any kind or nature arising out of the operation of the Program, and shall <br /> have the following minimum policy limits: Each Occurrence $1,000,000; General <br /> Aggregate $2,000,000. CVPC, its directors, officers, employees, members, and agents <br /> shall be named as additional insured on the insurance policy; Interfaith Family Shelter <br /> shall provide CVPC a Certificate of Insurance attesting to such policy limits and the <br /> naming of the above-specified parties as additional insureds. <br /> d. If any suit or other proceeding is instituted by either party to the MOU arising out <br /> of or pertaining to this MOU, including appeals and collateral actions relative to <br /> such suit, the substantially prevailing party as determined by the court shall be <br /> entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and all costs and expenses incurred <br /> relative to the suit from the substantially non-prevailing party, in addition to any <br /> other available relief. <br /> e. The obligation set forth in the four preceding paragraphs shall survive the termination <br /> of the MOU and the termination of the Program at CVPC's property. <br /> Cascade View Presbyterian Church Responsibilities: <br /> CVPC shall: <br /> 1. Provide up to five parking places in their church parking lot; identify spaces with signs <br /> or other identifying marks; <br /> 2. Make modifications needed to provide access to grounds; <br /> 3. Maintain church's voice message to direct-callers to the phone number set up by <br /> Interfaith Family Shelter, 211, or 911; <br /> 4. Develop and update Code of Conduct with input from Interfaith Family Shelter; <br /> 5. Develop and provide an electronic version of vehicle parking permit to Interfaith Family <br /> Shelter, so Interfaith may print permits and issue them to clients; <br /> 6. Provide space in the church building for Case Manager to meet with clients; <br /> 7. Provide garbage receptacles, clear instructions for waste disposal, and garbage pickup; <br /> 8. Provide a schedule of church events to clients and Interfaith Family Shelter to avoid <br /> conflicts with events not involving clients; Clients agree to use their best efforts not to <br /> interfere with such events; <br /> 10 <br />
