EVE RETT <br /> WASHINGTON <br /> 7. Provide clients' signed Code of Conduct forms, confidentiality policies,and other documents <br /> to CVPC and agree to work with clients in accordance with these principles and practices; <br /> 8. Encourage and receive program referrals and screen potential clients; screening will <br /> include elimination of identified sex offenders and people identified as persons who were <br /> convicted of violent offenses through the Washington State Patrol's Watch Report; <br /> 9. Conduct intake which will include review, background checks and signing Code of <br /> Conduct, providing parking permit for vehicle, and assigning parking space; <br /> 10. Provide supportive services and housing and employment-focused case <br /> management; meet with clients weekly; <br /> 11. Provide information and referrals; <br /> 12. Implement a client grievance process; <br /> 13. Provide a Portable Toilet and Service at least once per week; <br /> 14. Provide funding to support garbage disposal if use surpasses regular church pick up schedule; <br /> 15. Install fencing around the designated parking area and provide new asphalt striping to indicate <br /> client parking spaces; <br /> 16. Be responsible for removing clients who don't comply with the rules from the Program <br /> and parking lot. CVPC reserves the right to ask for the removal of any client at its sole <br /> discretion. If client removal is requested, CVPC will notify the Interfaith Family Shelter <br /> of such action; <br /> 17. Provide required data and reports to the City of Everett; <br /> 18. Update 211 service with Program information; <br /> 19. Identify a contact person(s) who will be available to ensure that communication between <br /> the two organizations will be accurate and timely; <br /> 20. Meet with CVPC representatives monthly at a time agreed on by both parties; <br /> 21. Communicate with CVPC within one business day when the following events occur: <br /> a. New client assigned a parking space, <br /> b. An incident, <br /> c. A grievance, <br /> 8 <br />
