Develop and maintain a Field Work Safety Plan documenting potential field work hazards, personal <br /> protection equipment, and emergency information. <br /> Conduct a project kickoff meeting, including key consultant staff and Everett staff. <br /> Maintain the PMP including scope, schedule, and budget. <br /> Maintain the project risk register and action, issues and decision logs to aid in collaborative decision <br /> making. <br /> Supervise project staff and manage Consultant team budget and schedule. <br /> Prepare monthly project status reports. Progress reports will identify budget status, progress status, <br /> activities of the previous month, and up-coming activities. <br /> Prepare project change requests, if needed. <br /> Conduct bi-weekly calls between BC's Project Manager (PM) and the Everett's PM to review project <br /> status, schedule, contract issues, and other project management related issues. <br /> Everett Responsibilities <br /> Participate in the Project Kickoff Meeting. <br /> Review and provide consolidated comments on draft PMP. <br /> Review monthly status reports and supporting project documentation for invoice and payment <br /> approval. <br /> Task Assumptions <br /> The Kickoff Meeting will be scheduled for 2 hours, and be attended by 5 Consultant staff. <br /> PM meetings will be by phone, and will occur bi-weekly with a duration of approximately 30 minutes. <br /> Task 109 includes mileage expense for all project workshops and meetings. <br /> The Field Work Safety Plan will follow Brown and Caldwell's standard template, will direct the <br /> condition assessment team to follow City of Everett procedures for WFP access, will identify <br /> training requirements for areas to be accessed, and will confirm relevant confined space <br /> training for team members that will access areas requiring training. <br /> Meetings <br /> Project Kickoff Meeting <br /> Biweekly PM calls for the duration of Project. <br /> Work Products <br /> Project Management Plan, draft and final. <br /> Monthly progress reports and invoices. <br /> Submittal of updated project logs as needed to support key activities and decisions (risk register, <br /> action/issue/decision logs). <br /> Project change request forms as necessary. <br /> Brief meeting agendas and notes for bi-weekly calls <br /> Task 110 — Quality Assurance and Control <br /> Objective: To implement a quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) program to review calculations <br /> and work products from the Project. <br /> Page 24 <br /> (Form Approved by City Attorney's Office November I, 2009) <br />
