Submit the final Updated Facility Plan in electronic and printed formats. <br /> Task Assumptions <br /> Facility Plan is anticipated to be approximately 300 pages excluding appendices. This assumption is <br /> for budgeting purposes; the City has indicated that a succinct, accessible report is desired to the <br /> extent possible. <br /> The content for the Executive Summary and Introduction be developed as part of this task, with <br /> input from Everett staff. <br /> The content for the chapter on Projected Water Demands will be based on Everett's most recent <br /> Water System Plan document. <br /> The content for remaining technical sections will be largely based on materials developed in <br /> previous tasks. <br /> The detailed Facility Plan outline developed in this task will be generally consistent with the draft <br /> outline attached to this scope of work. <br /> The Facility Plan Comment Review Workshop will be scheduled for 2 hours, and will be attended by <br /> 2 Consultant staff, plus 1 additional staff by phone. <br /> The Facility Plan Outcomes workshop will be scheduled for 2 hours and will be attended by 4 <br /> Consultant staff. <br /> No regulatory agency submittals or approval processes are included in this scope. <br /> The final Facility Plan will be delivered in electronic PDF format and as 10 printed, comb-bound (or <br /> similar) copies. <br /> Everett Responsibilities <br /> Provide timely review and consolidated comments on Facility Plan. <br /> Coordinate workshops with Everett management team and project stakeholders. <br /> Provide content input for requested sections of Facility Plan. <br /> Meetings <br /> Facility Plan Comment Review Workshop <br /> Facility Plan Outcomes Workshop with Everett management. <br /> Work Products <br /> Workshop Facilitation including Agenda and Meeting Notes, draft and final. <br /> Facility Plan, draft and final <br /> Task 109 - Project Management <br /> Objective: To provide management, direction, coordination, and control of all project work, and <br /> associated management of project scope, schedule, budget, sub-consultants (if any),technical <br /> quality, and monthly progress reports and invoices. <br /> Activities/Approach: This task includes the following activities: <br /> Develop and submit a Project Management Plan (PMP), including project scope, budget and <br /> schedule, a preliminary project risk register,templates of logs for tracking action items, issues, <br /> and decisions, and a project change request template. <br /> Page 23 <br /> (Form Approved by City Attorney's Office November 1,2009) <br />
