Posts in front areas <br /> were wrapped with wood trim and caulked at joints. <br /> The areas inspected were observed to be completed with no outstanding <br /> correction items. <br /> Doors: <br /> Man doors were inspected for installation per builder's specifications. Sills <br /> were inspected for correct sealing against water intrusion. <br /> The areas inspected were observed to be completed with nooutstanding <br /> correction items. <br /> Penetrations: (vents, lights, hose bibs,other) <br /> Exterior envelope penetrations were inspected for correct application of <br /> flashing material and sealing at the penetrations. Wood trim was inspected <br /> for metal flashing at the top and installed with weather barrier ina lapped <br /> manner. <br /> The areas inspected were observed to be completed with no outstanding <br /> correction items. <br /> Roofing: <br /> Roof flashing was inspected for correction application at roof edges with <br /> diverters for installation to good quality practices. <br /> The areas inspected were observed to be completed with no outstanding <br /> correction items. <br /> Other: <br /> Inspections of the parapet walls at the decks observed the saddle flashing <br /> installed at the cap wall to building wall area and flashing and weather <br /> barrier lapped over correctly.
