(b) The property of others for which you are legally liable. <br /> But this coverage applies only while such property is: <br /> (a) In the custody of your salespersons or authorized sales representatives; <br /> (b) In your custody, if you are an individual, while you are acting as a salesperson; or <br /> (c) In due course of transit to or from your premises and your salespersons or authorized sales representatives. <br /> 3. Additional Exclusion Applicable to Salespersons Samples <br /> We will not pay for loss as specified below: <br /> Theft from an unattended vehicle unless at the time of theft, its windows, doors and compartments were closed and <br /> locked and there are visible signs that the theft was the result of forced entry. <br /> 4. The most we will pay under this coverage is $2,500 in any one occurrence. <br /> Inland Marine Coverages <br /> The following coverages are added under 4. Additional Coverages of the BUILDING AND PERSONAL PROPERTY <br /> COVERAGE FORM. The Additional Condition, Coinsurance, does not apply to these coverages. <br /> A. Installation Coverage <br /> 1. Coverage <br /> a. We will pay for loss of or damage to the following property: <br /> (1) Materials, supplies, equipment, machinery and fixtures owned by you or in your care, custody or control, and <br /> which are to be installed by you or at your direction; and <br /> (2) Temporary structures built or assembled by you on site, including cribbing,scaffolding and construction forms. <br /> This property is covered while: <br /> (1) At any job site you do not own, lease or operate; <br /> (2) Awaiting and during installation, or awaiting acceptance by the purchaser; <br /> (3) At a "temporary storage location." <br /> But property in transit is not covered except as provided under Property Extension—Property In Transit. <br /> b. This Additional Coverage does not apply to: <br /> (1) An existing building or structure to which an addition, alteration, improvement or repair is being made; <br /> (2) Property stored at a permanent warehouse or storage yard that you own; <br /> (3) A plan, blueprint, design or specification; and <br /> (4) Machinery,tools, equipment, supplies or similar property that will not become a permanent part of the project. <br /> This includes contractors equipment and other tools belonging to a contractor or sub-contractor. <br /> c. We will not pay for loss or damage caused by or resulting from any of the following: <br /> (1) The cost to make good or replace faulty or defective materials or workmanship; <br /> (2) Penalties for noncompletion or non-compliance with any contract terms or conditions; <br /> (3) Testing including stand-up performance, stress, pressure, overload testing of the covered property; <br /> (4) A fault, defect, deficiency, error or omission in a plan, blueprint, design or specification; or <br /> (5) The weight of a load when it exceeds the designed capacity of any property covered under this Additional <br /> Coverage to lift, move or support the load from any position. <br /> 2. The following is added to E.7.Valuation of the BUILDING AND PERSONAL PROPERTY COVERAGE FORM: <br /> f. As respects your materials,supplies, machinery,fixtures and equipment and similar property of others in your care, <br /> custody or control which will become a permanent part of your installation,fabrication or erection project,the value <br /> of covered property may be valued as follows: <br /> (1) Actual Cost to Repair, Replace or Rebuild. The value of covered property will be based on the lesser of the <br /> following accounts: <br /> (a) The actual cost to repair, replace or rebuild the covered property with materials of like kind and quality.
