This valuation provision does not apply to Paragraphs (2) or(3) below. <br /> (2) Pair or Set. The value of a lost or damaged article which is part of a pair or set is based on a reasonable <br /> proportion of the value of the entire pair or set. The loss is not considered a total loss of the pair or set. <br /> (3) Loss to Parts. The value of a lost or damaged part of an item that consists of several parts when it is complete <br /> is based on the value of only the lost or damaged part or the cost to repair or replace it. <br /> 3. Limit of Insurance <br /> The most we will pay for loss or damage to property covered under this Additional Coverage is$10,000 per occurrence. <br /> This is the most we will pay regardless of: <br /> a. The number of job sites you do not own, lease or operate; or <br /> b. "Temporary storage locations." <br /> 4. With respect to this coverage, Installation Coverage, Section D. Deductible of the BUILDING AND PERSONAL <br /> PROPERTY COVERAGE FORM is deleted and replaced by the following: <br /> D. Deductible <br /> We will not pay for loss or damage in any one occurrence until the amount of loss or damage exceeds$500. We <br /> will then pay the amount of loss or damage in excess of$500 up to the applicable limit of insurance. <br /> 5. Paragraph e. of C.1. Limitations of the CAUSES OF LOSS—SPECIAL FORM is replaced by the following: <br /> e. Property that is missing,where the only evidence of the loss or damage is a shortage disclosed on taking inventory, <br /> or other instances where there is no physical evidence to show what happened to the property. <br /> But, this limitation does not apply to covered property in the custody of a carrier for hire. <br /> 6. The following are added to F. Additional Conditions of the BUILDING AND PERSONAL COVERAGE FORM: <br /> 3. Carriers for Hire <br /> You may accept bills of lading or shipping receipts issued by carriers for hire that limit their liability to less than the <br /> actual cash value of the covered property. <br /> 4. Coverage provided under the Installation Coverage will end when one of the following first occurs: <br /> (1) This policy expires or is cancelled; <br /> (2) The property covered under this Additional Coverage is accepted by the purchaser; <br /> (3) Your interest in the property covered under this Additional Coverage ceases; <br /> (4) You abandon the project to be performed by you for the purchaser, with no intention to complete it; <br /> (5) 90 days after the project to be performed by you for the purchaser is completed, unless we specify a different <br /> date in writing. <br /> B. Contractors Equipment Coverage <br /> 1. Your"Small Tools"and "Small Tools"Owned by Your Employees <br /> We will pay for your"small tools"and "small tools"owned by your employees. The most we will pay is as follows: <br /> Limit for Your"Small Tools": $5,000. (maximum limit per item $1,000) <br /> Limit for"Small Tools" Owned by Your Employees: $1,000. (maximum limit per item $250) <br /> Leased and Rented Equipment <br /> We will pay for contractors' equipment that is leased or rented from others to you. Contractors' equipment means <br /> machinery, equipment, and tools of a mobile nature that you use in your contracting, installation, erection, or moving <br /> operations or projects. The most we will pay for property leased or rented from others is $5,000. <br /> a. Coverage applies only to covered property while: <br /> (1) At the described premises; <br /> (2) On a "client's" premises; or <br /> (3) In transit directly between the described premises and a"client's"premises and while in a motor vehicle owned, <br /> leased or operated by the named insured. <br /> b.
