Ii t <br /> 1 II Metered services within the city limits shall be eligible and receive sprinkling <br /> 2 d rates where such service is provided to a single or multiple unit dwelling or <br /> 3 i apartment house which has a lawn normally requiring sprinkling during the <br /> 4 I summer monthst provided, that premises having a permanent type swimming <br /> Ii <br /> 5 pool or other installation normally capable of utilizing an excessive amount of <br /> 6 I water shall not be eligible for sprinkling rates. <br /> 8 B. RATES OUTSIDE CITY. Services outside the city limits shall be eligible <br /> 9 and receive sprinkling rates where such service is provided through an indivi- <br /> 10 IIdual meter to single or muktiple unit dwellings located on a premises contain- <br /> !' <br /> 11 Iiing Less than three-fourths acre in total area. Such premises shall have a <br /> 12 lawn normally requiring sprinkling during the summer months, but to be eligib e <br /> 13 ; for sprinkling rates, premiseE shall not have a permanent type swimming pool <br /> 14 or other installation normally capable of utilizing an excessive amount of water(. <br /> 15 I! <br /> 16 ±IC. DETERMINATION. The water department shall determine those services <br /> 17 which shall be eligible for sprinkling rates. <br /> 18 f, <br /> ,I <br /> 19 D. COMPUTATION. Sprinkling charges for June, July, August and Septembers <br /> 20 Ilshall be computed as follows: After the first six hundred cubic feet at Three <br /> 21 !Dollars and Fifty Cents ($3. 50), all consumption over that amount shall be at <br /> 22 the rate of Ten Cents (10i) per one hundred cubic feet and the amount so deter-1 <br /> 23 Imined shall constitute the monthly billing for those months. <br /> 2411 <br /> 25 E. USE CONFINED TO PREMISES. The use of water for sprinkling purposes <br /> 26 shall be confined to the limits of the premises for which the application for <br /> 27 service was issued and water shall not be wasted by allowing it to flow for <br /> 28 excessive periods nor run onto streets and gutters. <br /> 2911 <br /> 30 F. INTERFERENCE FR OHIBITED.
