These comments address building issues only. Additional <br /> revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, <br /> Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 2003 International Building Code <br /> (IBC), as amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the City of Everett <br /> and the Washington State Energy Code, 2003 edition, unless noted otherwise. <br /> Note that the plan review submission is incomplete and this is therefore not a <br /> comprehensive final list. Further comments may result based on review of <br /> subsequent submissions. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be <br /> necessary to provide the Building Division with two sets of drawings <br /> reflecting the corrections requested. <br /> General <br /> 1) The building is greater than 4000 square feet.
