2) Construction permits may only be issued to contractors or design professionals <br /> licensed by the State of Washington, owners, or tenants with written <br /> permission from the owners. <br /> 3) If sprinklers are not.required for any other reason prior to December 1, 2007, <br /> WAC 51-50-0903 will require sprinklers to be installed by 12/1/07 for <br /> continued occupancy. <br /> 4) There is no existing certificate of occupancy on file.
