• <br /> Section 6 : Fees. The following fees are fixed for <br /> the acceptance of garbage, waste and refuse material at the <br /> disposal site, and said fees shall be paid to the attendant <br /> in charge, or, in the case of commercial refuse and garbage <br /> contractors , in such periodic installments as the City of <br /> Everett through the Sanitation Superintendent may establish <br /> and determine, said fees being as follows , to-wit: <br /> Minimum Minimum <br /> Explanation Per Vehicle Per Cubic Yard <br /> (a) Private passenger cars - None None <br /> including stationwagons <br /> licensed as private <br /> passenger cars when <br /> bringing refuse from <br /> private residences in <br /> the City, the vehicles <br /> being owned by city <br /> residents. <br /> (b) Private passenger cars - . 35 .45 <br /> non-city residents <br /> (c) Stationwagons not . 35 .45 <br /> licensed as private <br /> passenger cars or haul- <br /> ing commercial refuse <br /> (d) Pickup trucks .45 . 45 <br /> (e) Panel trucks .45 .45 <br /> (f) Commercial refuse trucks None .45 <br /> (g) All refuse delivered by None .45 <br /> methods in vehicles other <br /> than above listed <br /> The Sanitation Superintendent shall have authority to refuse <br /> to accept materials for disposal at the disposal site from <br /> any person not paying the fees herein set forth; further, <br /> the Refuse Superintendent shall have authority to refuse <br /> to accept materials for disposal at the disposal site from <br /> commercial haulers and collectors who have not paid for- <br /> disposal services at the disposal site by the 1Qth of the <br /> month following the rendering of a statement from the City <br /> to such contractor. The Sanitation Superintendent shall <br /> maintain accurate records in a daily log of all fees re- <br /> ceived at the disposal site, and further, a log or record <br /> that will include information on the number of vehicles <br /> that use the site, the type and volume of waste received, <br /> and any deviation from normal operations that may have <br /> occurred during any particular day. The records of the <br /> disposal site and all accounts for fees collected shall <br /> be under the direction of the City Clerk-Comptroller, and <br /> the Sanitation Superintendent shall establish that system <br /> of accounting to obtain the information herein set forth_�� at m, <br /> as may be prescribed by the City Clerk-Comptroller^from <br /> time to time.
