I <br /> 3. All areas in which animal are handled, fed, groomed or <br /> kept shall be windowless and constructed of soundproof <br /> material so as to be completely soundproof. Natural <br /> illumination may be obtained by the use of skylights if <br /> soundproofing is not effected. <br /> 4. Adequate ventilation shall be provided for all private areas <br /> (area where animals are kept) by means of air conditioning <br /> and/or exhaust fans. All air exhausted to the outside of <br /> the structure shall be rendered odor free by means of <br /> filters or other approved methods. <br /> 5. Kennels and excercise run shall be of adequate size, <br /> completly enclosed within the soundproof portion of the <br /> structure with sufficient facilities for cleaning <br /> including a hookup to a sewer. <br /> 6. One off-street parking space shall be provided for each <br /> two employees plus one additional for each 800 square <br /> feet of floor area. <br /> 7. A loading area shall be provided at the rear of the <br /> building, adequately fenced or sheltered so as to be <br /> screened from adjacent property. <br /> 8. No disposal of carcasses, waste and etc. on the premises. <br /> E. Yard Requirements: <br /> 1. There shall be a front yard having a depth of not less than <br /> 10 feet. <br /> 2. There shall be a side yard on each side of a building <br /> having a depth of not less than 5 feet, plus 5 additional <br /> feet for each story over two. <br /> 3. There shall be a rear yard having a deptkof not less than <br /> 20 feet. This requirement may be waived if the structure <br /> is so designed so as to provide ani interior or contigous <br /> courtyard of equal or larger area. <br /> 4. Corner lots shall provide for sight clearance as provided <br /> for in Section 15.04.200. <br /> All motor vehicle parking facilities shall be provided upon the <br /> property developed. <br /> F. HEIGHT LIMITATIONS: <br /> No building shall exceed 80 feet above the average elevation <br /> at the foot of the building. <br /> G.
