Likewise, <br /> accesso ry personal service uses are permitted when such uses <br /> are primarily designed for the convenience of the transient <br /> guest and when such services are located in the main or <br /> accessory buildings of the complex. Such personal service <br /> uses may include cleaning and pressing service, barber and <br /> beauty shops , typing and stenographic service, and other <br /> similar uses that normally would be included in a motel complex. <br /> Recreational facilities are permitted on the motel or motel <br /> complex property when designed primarily for the convenience <br /> and enjoyment of the transient guests . <br /> Separate ownership of portions of the motel or motel complex <br /> are permitted provided that in the orientation, design, <br /> parking, lot coverage, etc. , the entire complex shall be <br /> designed as one entity and a comprehensive structure and <br /> site plan is filed with the Planning Department when the <br /> initial building permit is applied for. <br /> There shall be provided at least one off-street parking <br /> space for each sleeping unit plus 50% of the required <br /> number for each accessory use constructed. <br /> An identification sign for motel or motel complex may be <br /> constructed to the maximum height for building as specified <br /> elsewhere within this Zone Classification. <br /> Motels , hotels and accessory uses incident thereto may utilize <br /> signs of a type and size normally used for similar facilities <br /> elsewhere ; provided however; that animated and flashing signs <br /> shall not be permitted and no sign shall exceed 1800 square <br /> feet in area. <br /> 10. Conversions are as specified under Section 15.04.210. <br /> 11. Special Property Uses (See Section 15 .04.070) . <br /> C. MINIMUM LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: <br /> No lot for any residential use shall be less than 5,000 square <br /> feet in area nor less than 50 feet in width. There shall be <br /> provided no less than 750 square feet in area for each residential <br /> dwelling unit. <br /> D. CONDITIONAL USES : <br /> Animal hospital for the care and grooming of small animals , <br /> may be permitted subject to the following conditions ; <br /> 1. No lot area shall be less than 50 feet in width or less <br /> than 5 ,000 square feet in area. <br /> 2. There shall be a minimum of a 10 foot front yard, 10 foot <br /> side yard and 20 foot rear yard. <br />
