Likewise, accesso ry personal service uses are permitted when such uses are primarily designed for the convenience of the transient guest and when such services are located in the main or accessory buildings of the complex. Such personal service uses may include cleaning and pressing service, barber and beauty shops , typing and stenographic service, and other similar uses that normally would be included in a motel complex. Recreational facilities are permitted on the motel or motel complex property when designed primarily for the convenience and enjoyment of the transient guests . Separate ownership of portions of the motel or motel complex are permitted provided that in the orientation, design, parking, lot coverage, etc. , the entire complex shall be designed as one entity and a comprehensive structure and site plan is filed with the Planning Department when the initial building permit is applied for. There shall be provided at least one off-street parking space for each sleeping unit plus 50% of the required number for each accessory use constructed. An identification sign for motel or motel complex may be constructed to the maximum height for building as specified elsewhere within this Zone Classification. Motels , hotels and accessory uses incident thereto may utilize signs of a type and size normally used for similar facilities elsewhere ; provided however; that animated and flashing signs shall not be permitted and no sign shall exceed 1800 square feet in area. 10. Conversions are as specified under Section 15.04.210. 11. Special Property Uses (See Section 15 .04.070) . C. MINIMUM LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: No lot for any residential use shall be less than 5,000 square feet in area nor less than 50 feet in width. There shall be provided no less than 750 square feet in area for each residential dwelling unit. D. CONDITIONAL USES : Animal hospital for the care and grooming of small animals , may be permitted subject to the following conditions ; 1.
