4. All linear dimensions shall be 'given in feet and decimals of a foot to the nearest hundredth. 5. The scale of the final plat shall be 100 or less feet to the inch. 6. The error of enclosure of any and all traverses shall not exceed one foot in four thousand. 7. The plat, subdivision, or dedication shall be properly completed with the certificates indicated in Part F, Dedication, Acknowledgement, and Endorsement. F. Dedication, Acknowledgement, and Endorsement: The legal description of the plat and the following information shall appear in the following sequences on the final plat, lettered in ink by hand or mechanical device: I. Know all men by these presents that the undersigned owner in fee simple of the land hereby platted, hereby declare(s) this plat and dedicate(s) to the use of the public forever, all streets and easements or whatever public property there is shown on the plat and the use thereof for any and all public pur- poses; also, the right to make all necessary slopes for cuts or fills• upon the lots, blocks, tracts, etc. , shown on this plat in the reasonable original grading of all streets, shown hereon.
