• I • <br /> • <br /> suitably inscribed, a statement of dedication of these parks, <br /> rights-of-way, and playgrounds; <br /> b. The names of all existing and platted streets or other public ways, <br /> and their boundaries, also parks, playgrounds, and easements <br /> adjacent to the final plat, subdivision, or dedication, including <br /> municipal boundaries, township lines, and section lines; <br /> c. The length and bearings of all straight lines, curve, radii, <br /> arcs, and semitangents of all curves; <br /> d. Suitable primary control points, approved by the City Engineer, <br /> or description and ties to such control points, to which all <br /> dimensions, angles, bearings, and similar data given on the <br /> plat shall be referred; <br /> e. The locations of all permanent monuments; <br /> f. The names of all subdivisions immediately adjacent thereto; <br /> g. The date, true North point, and scale; <br /> h. The boundary of the subdivided tract, with the courses and <br /> distances marked thereon, as determined by a field survey made <br /> by a re jistered and qualified land surveyor of the State of <br /> Washington, and to close with an error of not more than one <br /> foot in 4, 000; <br /> i. Sufficient courses, angles, distances and/or ties to any and <br /> all adjacent subdivisions or plats; to facilitate orientation <br /> to adjacent properties; <br /> j. The profiles of all street centerlines to the vertical scale <br /> of ten or less feet to the inch, and horizontal scale of 100 <br /> or less feet to the inch, submitted on a separate 4 x 20 <br /> plate standard profile tracing cloth; <br /> k. Sewer profiles to the same scale and on the same sheet as <br /> street profiles and the plan for all sewer and/or water lines; <br /> including "Ts", "Ys", and other intersections on a separate <br /> sheet, when the subdivider installs either sewer or water lines <br /> or both. <br /> (14) <br />
