Ted de Budden �� <br /> From: Ted de Budden <br /> Sent: Thursday,April 06, 2017 1:18 PM <br /> To: Kevin Fagerstrom <br /> Cc: Leroy McNulty;Tony Lee <br /> Subject: RE:2930 Hoyt <br /> Kevin, <br /> I visited 2930 Hoyt this morning to look into the concerns related to the deteriorated stair structure. <br /> We viewed and photographed the stairway-fire escape structure from the adjacent parking lot to the south,due to the <br /> no trespassing signs and gated and fenced rear yard. <br /> The stair structure is extremely deteriorated and dangerous as defined by code. <br /> I showed photos of the stair structure to our in house Structural Engineer James Bronder.James is in agreement with me <br /> that this is a Dangerous and Unsafe Structure. <br /> It is my position that this structure and any occupied areas that require the use of this stairway assembly be condemned <br /> and immediately vacated. <br /> We can post IPMC placards on location or provide postings for your use as necessary. <br /> FYI, my research failed to discover records indicating that this structure is officially approved to be other than a single <br /> family residence.
