Yesterday Kevin Davis was at 2930 Hoyt assisting the social workers with unwanted guests who have been causing issues <br /> for some of the tenants. Several of them exited unit 3 and escaped via the fire escape. Officer Davis attempted to <br /> follow them, but was thwarted when one of the wooden steps gave way and he fell through with one leg, up to his <br /> knee. <br /> I'm not sure if your group inspects for this or if someone at the fire department is responsible for fire escape issues, but <br /> the fire escape should be inspected since it appears to be unsafe.
