<br /> TERMS AND CONDITIONS: A Roofing,Inc./A RFG,LLC will be as careful as possible,but accepts no responsibility for any damage during the
<br /> roofing process that may occur or result from any existing homemade skylights,i.e.skylights that do not have factory made metal frames or are plate glass
<br /> windows and or skylights that are glued.Sheetrock damage that occurs due to skylight removal,removal of existing roof and or installation of the new roof i.e.;if
<br /> the roof is not stable enough to withstand objects being placed on the roof or removed from roof,A Roofing,Inc.A RFG,LLC will not be held responsible.
<br /> Rotten sheeting that causes a worker to fall through the surface causing damage is not covered by A Roofing,Inc./A RFG,LLC. Any unforeseen dry rot will be
<br /> replaced at time and materials bases,$50.00 per hour plus materials unless otherwise specified. Driveways that cannot withstand our tucks are not covered by A
<br /> Roofing,Inc./A RFG,LLC. Please notify us if you wish to use an alternative,however this will increase labor costs.A Roofing Inc./A RFG,LLC agrees to
<br /> perform its work in a workman like manner.All labor is warranted for the period shown on the face hereof.A Roofing,Inc./A RFG,LLC obligation and liability
<br /> under the Limited Warranty expressly stated herein is limited solely to repair of defective work.This warranty shall be void if a person or fine other than A
<br /> Roofing Inc./A RFG,LLC performs or re-performs any work identified within the original scope of work with this contract with A Roofing,Inc./A RFG,LLC.
<br /> A Roofing,Inc./A RFG,ILC does not guarantee existing chimney flashing or existing skylights installed by others or skylights that were not replaced at time of
<br /> installation.Siding damaged prior to the start of the job or siding removed to perform work specified is not covered under price of project unless specified.Any
<br /> painting needed is not the responsibility of A Roofing,Inc./A RFG,LLC unless specified by A Roofing Inc./A RFG,LLC. A Roofing Inc./A RFG,LLC will
<br /> not be liable for loge to electrical wire nm on the roof surface or in unprotected areas.A Roofing Inc./A RFG,LLC requires homeowner to supply power for
<br /> the work being done,failure to do so the homeowner will be charged for a rental of a generator,fuel and time loss within reason.It is also required that A Roofing
<br /> Inc./A RFG,LLC is granted access to the driveway for the duration of the project.Homeowner will use their own judgment if parking in the driveway while A
<br /> Roofing Inc./A RFG,LLC is working at the job and A Roofing Inc./A RFG,LLC shall not be responsible for nails in tires or objects dropped on vehicles while
<br /> work is being performed;please use your own judgments while we are on the job.Trees growing over the roof surface interfering with workers access may need
<br /> to be trimmed;if you wish to hire a professional please do so before the start of the project. Any gable end vents in siding should be blocked off to ensure proper
<br /> air flow if ridge vent is installed. All prior negotiations,understandings or agreements no matter what may have been discussed or agreed upon previously and
<br /> orally with the A Roofing,Inc./A RFG,LLC are not part of the contract unless they are stated in writing within the terms of the contract. A Roofing,Inc./A
<br /> RFG,LLC is in accordance with Washington state laws that provide for mandatory arbitration on all disputes under a certain dollar limit($25,000). In this
<br /> contract,if the parties cannot resolve a dispute or disagreement amount themselves,and a third party is required to make a decision,those disputes or
<br /> disagreements will be decided according to the mandatory arbitration rules regardless of the amount in dispute. This contract is in agreement that the award of the
<br /> arbitrator shall be binding. A Roofing,Inc./A RFG,LLC is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances. If A Roofing,Inc./A RFG,LLC encounters difficulties
<br /> on the job which was not anticipated,the owner may be required to pay an additional amount of money to A Roofing,Inc./A RFG,LLC to cover these unforeseen
<br /> events. Down payments received are credited towards job however if the contract is canceled by the choice of the customer A Roofing,Inc./A RFG,LLC holds
<br /> the right to keep the deposit for voiding the contract.This bid does not include the cost of any permits,if needed. This proposal maybe withdrawn by us if not
<br /> accepted within 30 days.All payments are to be made upon completion of project or the customer is subject to finance charges. Down payment may be required.
