It is important to note that it is not possible to replace your roof without some disruption to your normal routine.We want to be sure that we can prevent as many misunderstandings as possible.We try to be as sure as possible that this experience be as positive as possible. Following are some things to consider in preparation for the reroofing process. 1. Cover or remove any items stored in the attic or garage etc.prior to roof replacement. 2. Please place protective cover under all skylights in order catch debris and protect home. 3. We will protect landscaping and shrubbery as much as possible.It is not always possible to prevent damage to plants etc.If there are special plants or plants that have special value please make note.Any trimming of trees or plants that is necessary in order to complete the work we suggest having this done by professions prior to roofing work. 4. Debris container will be placed in driveway.Plywood will be placed under container to protect driveway surface. The contract is based on access to your driveway and should be kept clear throughout the job.If you park your vehicle in the driveway it is at your own risk. 5. Remove items hanging from the gutters such as flowers,wind chimes etc. 6. Move deck/patio furniture,ceramic pots,vases etc.away from house; 20'-30' is recommended. 7. Please remove vehicles from the garage and leave the driveway completely clear and accessible.We require complete access to driveway,sidewalks,yard,decks etc. 8. Light fixtures,pictures,mirrors.Please be sure everything is secure,due to vibrations items may fall.If in doubt it is best to remove and store valuable items. 9. We need access to exterior electrical outlets and access to the fuse box/electrical panel. 10. Heavy vehicles will be involved in removal and replacement of your roof.A Roofing,Inc./A RFG,LLC will not be responsible for driveway damage or failure of subsurface. 11. A Roofing,Inc./A RFG,LLC will not be responsible for non-factory skylight installations or any sheetrock/finish trim damage due to skylights that are glued or sealed to interior fmishes.Damage to fasteners in sheet rock due to removal of skylight,flashing etc. is not covered. 12. Some debris may fall inside your attic through the roof sheathing.You may want to cover the interior attic space etc.It is the homeowners' responsibility to clean the interior of the attic/house etc. If you have no sheetrock on the ceiling of the garage please protect items in garage as well. 13. Any painting needed is not covered by A Roofmg,Inc./A RFG,LLC. 14. A Roofing,Inc./A RFG,LLC will not be responsible for aiming/calibration of satellite or antenna if you have it mounted to the roof.It may be necessary to have the service provider aim or position antenna or satellite etc. 15. For safety considerations it is best that you either leave your home during the roofing process or limit your comings and goings. Children and pets should be kept out of harm's way during the process. 16. A Roofing,Inc./A RFG,LLC will use a magnet to pick up nails after the installation of your roof however due to number of nails please be cautious for we may have missed a few. 17. A Roofing,Inc./A RFG,LLC is licensed,bonded and insured and follows all safety requirements of Labor and Industries. 18. A Roofing,Inc./A RFG,LLC,Inc./A RFG,LLC will inspect your roof at the end of the project for quality and cleanliness. 19.
