Connor, <br /> For this roof penetration it will be treated just like a furnace pipe or a fireplace pipe. We cut a hole in <br /> the plywood only not the trusses or rafters.Then the pipe runs through the roof between the trusses <br /> 24"on center and the base flashing slides over the pipe and gets nailed to the plywood.
