EVERETT <br /> WASHINGTON <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION declaring one 1994 Caterpillar 416B Backhoe Loader(H0003)surplus and <br /> authorizing for sale at Public Auction, <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> 1. The City has one 1994 Caterpillar 416B Backhoe Loader (H0003); <br /> 2. And, the above-referenced equipment is no longer of value or use to the City; <br /> 3. And, Ordinance 2963-06 establishes a procedure and methods for surplus or disposition <br /> of City-owned personal property; <br /> 4. And, based on the guidelines set forth in Section 2 of Ordinance 2963-06, a public <br /> auction is the disposition method that best meets the City's interests; <br /> 5. And, the City's Purchasing Manager has reported the basis for the estimated value of the surplus <br /> property and has recommended to surplus the above-referenced vehicle and equipment by <br /> public auction. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND EVERETT CITY COUNCIL THAT: <br /> 1. The City has one 1994 Caterpillar 416B Backhoe Loader (H0003); and <br /> 2.
