❑ review of the jurisdictions' laws,regulations,and administrative policies,procedures,and practices; ❑ assessment of how those laws,etc.affect the location,availability,and accessibility of housing; ❑ assessment of conditions,public and private,affecting fair housing choice for all protected classes;and ❑ assessment of availability of affordable,accessible housing in a range of units sizes. • Assessment of prior and current activities that promote fair housing,and assessment of private and public fair housing programs and activities in the jurisdictions • Conclusions and recommendations for actions to address identified impediments. In preparing this Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice,NWFHA will review the following documents ❑ 2011 update to the City of Everett Al ❑ Jurisdiction's Consolidated Plans and Action Plans ❑ Als currently being prepared for Snohomish County,and the Housing Authority of Snohomish County (HASCO)and Everett Housing Authority(EHA)upon completion and availability NWFHA will submit to the City 5 hard copies and 1 electronic copy of the final Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice within 180 days of execution of a services contract Page 13 (Form Approved by City Attorney's Office November 1,2009)
