ORDINANCE NO. ///l7/ ..,-5 AN ORDINANCE providing for the improvement of: OCEAN AVENUE: From the existing manhole near the south line of Blk 1, Shore Acres Add, south to 56th St . S .W. in Bridle Park 33RD AVENUE W. : From the existing manhole near the north line of Lot 30, Blk 2, Bridle Park, south to 56th Street S .W. SOUND AVENUE: From the existing manhole near north line of Lot 7, Blk 1, Bridle Park, southerly, westerly, and northerly to the end of Avenue 52ND PLACE S .W. : From easterly line of Lot 13, Blk 3 Bridle Park east to its dead end terminus 54TH STREET S .W. :From 33rd Ave . west to Ocean Avenue 56TH STREET S .W. :From Sound Ave. to Ocean Avenue 51ST PLACE S.W. : From Ocean Ave . east to its easterly terminus by the construction of sanitary sewers, together with the necessary appurtenances, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with plans to be prepared by the City Engineer, and in accordance with Resolution No. 6971 of the City of Everett, creating a Local Improvement District; creating a Local Improve- ment District fund therefor; and providing for the payment of said improvement by special assessments on the property in the said district under the mode of payment by bonds, and by contri- butions by the City of Everett . WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 6971, the City of Everett, the City Council has declared its intention to order the improve- ment as above outlined and doing all work in connection therewith to make a complete improvement in accordance with the plans and specifications of the City Engineer of the City of Everett, and WHEREAS, the Health Officer of the City of Everett, to- wit, the Snohomish County Health Officer acting on behalf of the City of Everett, has filed with the City Council a report showing the necessity for such improvement and declared such improvement necessary for the ,protection of public health and safety; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the City Commissioners of the City of Everett do hereby unanimously find and declare that the improve- ment hereinafter described is necessary for the protection of public health and safety.
