Section 2 : That an improvement be made of: <br /> OCEAN AVENUE: From the existing manhole near the <br /> south line of Blk 1, Shore Acres <br /> Add. south to 56th Street S .W. in <br /> Bridle Park <br /> 33RD AVENUE W. : From the existing manhole near the north <br /> line of Lot 30, Elk 2, Bridle Park, <br /> south to 56th Street S .W. <br /> SOUND AVENUE: From the existing manhole near north <br /> line of Lot 7, Elk 1, Bridle Park, <br /> southerly, westerly, and northerly <br /> to the end of Avenue <br /> 52ND PLACE S .W. : From easterly line of Lot 13, Blk 3, <br /> Bridle Park east to its dead end <br /> terminus <br /> 54TH STREET S.W. :From 33rd Avenue West to Ocean Avenue <br /> 56TH STREET S .W. :From Sound Avenue to Ocean Avenue <br /> 51ST PLACE S.W. : From Ocean Avenue easttp its easterly <br /> terminus <br /> by the construction of sanitary sewers, together with the necess- <br /> ary appurtenances and doing such other work as may be necessary <br /> therewith to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with <br /> plans and specifications to be prepared by the City Engineer, <br /> which plans and specifications are hereby adopted and approved. <br /> Section 3: That the cost and expenses of the improve- <br /> ment, including aT� necessary incidental expenses, shall be borne <br /> by and assessed against the property included in the assessment <br /> district herein created as follows : <br /> The cost and expenses of the improvement to be assessed <br /> against the property included in the assessment district herein <br /> created shall be assessed in accordance with the special benefits <br /> derived from the improvement without regard to the zone and <br /> termini method of spreading assessments . The City shall not be <br /> liable in any manner for any of the remaining expenses and costs <br /> of the improvement except as provided by Chapter 144, Session <br /> Laws of 1923 or acts amendatory thereto and the ordinances of <br /> the City of Everett . <br /> Section 4: That there is hereby established a Local <br /> Improvement District to be known as "Local Improvement District <br /> No. 47/ " which district shall include the following described <br /> proper -located in Everett, Snohomish County, Washington: <br /> Lots 8 thru 20 inclusive, Blk 1, Plat of Bridle Park <br /> Lots 1 thru 6 inclusive and Lots 18 thru 28 inclusive, <br /> Blk 2 , Plat of Bridle Park <br /> Lots 1 thru 20 inclusive, Blk 3, Plat of Bridle Park <br /> -2- <br />
