Additional revisions or additions may be required <br />by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 2003 <br />International Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or the Washington <br />State Energy Code, 2003 edition, unless noted otherwise. <br />This review does not cover submitted mechanical, sprinkler, electrical or plumbing documents — <br />these permits must be obtained separately and may require further review and submir ,on of <br />plans. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide <br />the Building; Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the corrections <br />requested. <br />1. The addition of building area will require the structure to be provided with an approved <br />`— automatic fire detection system. City of Everett Ord. 1902-92 § 1, 1992 <br />�J The project requires that a design professional (licensed by the State of Washington) <br />demonstrates that the changes are in conformance with the lateral and gravity provisions <br />of the building code.
