Box 160, MS: 526, <br />Seattle, Washington, 98111 (hereinafter referred to as Applicant) requested <br />approval of a Special Property Use Permit (Perm::). The permit is for <br />property at 4201 Rucker Avenue, Everett, Washington, (hereinafter referred to <br />as subject property) and is for the allowance of a lease by a goverment <br />administrative office outside a B-3 zone.
