The permit is for property at 4201 Rucker Avenue, Everett, Washington, (hereinafter referred to as subject property) and is for the allowance of a lease by a goverment administrative office outside a B-3 zone. It is the intent of the Washington State Department of Revenue to lease 10,000 square feet of the existing 24,000 square foot building at the subject property.
