All utility and communicatlon fscilities shall be designed, landscaped or otherwi�e <br />screened to ensure coropaNbility with surrounding properties. <br />Finding: Landscaping and fencing will be provided around the equipment compound. <br />Type III landscaping is required along the street frontages. <br />Conclusioo: The equipment compound will be adequately buffered from the public rights- <br />of-way and neighboring properties. <br />2. All utllity and commueicstioo tacilities shall be installed underground or wlt6in <br />strucmres to the grestest extent practical in order to maximize satety and minimize <br />visual and noise impacts upon surrounding properties. <br />Finding: It is not practical to construct the equipment underground. The equipment <br />compound will be enclosed with fencing and vegetation. <br />Conclusioo: The equipment compound will be enclosed with fencing and vegetation. <br />3. Communication towers and water storage tanks s6w11 be designed to as to be the <br />lowest height possible to adequately serve the needs of the community. <br />Finding: The applicant states that the proposed height and antennas configuration is the <br />minimum necessary to achieve the needed amount of coverage. <br />Conclusion: The tower needs to be at this height because of the local topography, <br />surroundin�; trees, and the location of neighboring wireless communication network <br />facilities. <br />'fhis is ar administrative decision that is appealable to the City's Land Use Hearing Examiner. <br />M affected parly may appeal the Decision witliin fourteen days after the•decision.
