Change-out ground-level equipment is existing <br />cabinets. Run new cables between tl�e ground equipment and antennas. It is part of T-Mobile's <br />upgrade to the latest high-speed service. <br />A. Tlie uroposed use is a conlinuation of the current use, but <br />with better equipment to provide Better phone and data services to people in thz neighborhood. <br />Conclusion: The proposed project provides a public benefit to residents, business and public <br />safely facilities in L=vereU and Snohomish County. <br />
