Schmidt Development <br />Drainage Study <br />12/20i07 <br />' EXISTING CONDITIONS <br />' The Site is located within the downtown Everett area in Section 30. Township 29N and <br />Range 5E WM in Everett, Washington. The street address of the property is 4418 Rucker <br />' Avenue. The Site is bordered on the north by the Totem Cafe' and on the south by a <br />church. To the west is Evergreen Way and to the east is the old Rucker Avenue, which <br />merges into Evergreen about 1-block to the north in the intersection of 44a' Street with <br />' Rucker Avenue. <br />The property is occupied by four (4) old wood frame stn:Ctores that wail be torn down to <br />make way for new facilities. The displaced buildings will be an apartment building, two <br />wood frame houses and a garage type building. Current storm & water utilities are <br />limited. There are no available storm drains along the Rucker frontage. The nearest CB is <br />' 420 LP to the north within what appears to be a private parking lot. <br />The Snohomish County Soil Survey lists the site soil type as Alderwood Gravely Sandy <br />' Loam with 0 to 8 percent slopes. The Gravely Sandy Loam corresponds to a type "C" soil <br />with CN's of 81 to 85 depending upon the vegetation and cover conditions. <br />WATER QUALITY AND TESC METHODS PROPOSED <br />Type of water quality measure(s) proposed: <br />DOE Standard erosion control BMP's will be provided <br />sheeting, the construction ment plans <br />such as mulch, seed, hay bales, sediment traps, p g. <br />aps <br />and TESC entrances to control construction runoff, as required. <br />2.
