These are not SEPA <br />conditions but are associated with other laws or requirements. All requirements are preliminary <br />in nature, and are based upon the preliminary site plan and the ordinances in effect at the time <br />of submittal for SEPA review. The proposal must comply with all ordinances in effect at the <br />time a complete building permit application is filed, including those not specifically set <br />for herein.
