FINDINGS AND DECISION <br />OF THE HCEARI O FXA R TT OF THE <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE REQUEST OF MORSE <br />CONSTRUCTION GROUP (FORMERLY KNOWN AS <br />MALTBY TANK AND BARGE) FOR APPROVAL OF REZONE 0-84 <br />A SITE PLAN MODIFICATION <br />Concomitant Agreement to Rezone Ordinance U1049-8 <br />DECISION: The Site plan Modification is approved. <br />INTRODUCTION <br />On July 11, 1984, the City of Everett and Andy Zuanich entered into a <br />Concomitant Agreement to rezone 1/6 acre of property north of Lenora Street <br />and west of South First Avenue in Everett, Washington, from a o agreed <br />zone. As part of the Concomitant Agreement, an approved site plan was <br />to by the Applicant and the City of Everett, and the property was developed <br />according to the site plan. The site plan required understructure parking <br />on -site and was developed accordingly. <br />The successors in interest to Mr. Zuanich, the Morse Construction Csite <br />roup <br />(hereinafter referred to as Applicant), requested a modii¢caocdertotthe <br />h create <br />plan in order to remove the understructure parking <br />additional office apace.
