S. <br /> September 18, 2019 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 p.m., <br /> September 18, 2019, in the City Council Chambers of the William E. Moore Historic <br /> City Hall, Council President Bader presiding. Upon roll call, it was found that Mayor <br /> Franklin and Council Members Moore, Murphy, Bader, and Tuohy were present. <br /> Council Members Vogeli, Roberts, and Stonecipher were excused. <br /> Council Member Moore led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the September 11, 2019, City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> At the invitation of the Mayor, Principal Engineer Heather Griffen presented a <br /> video showing the upcoming movement of the Grand Avenue Park Bridge that will <br /> provide an above-ground utility crossing and a pedestrian crossing. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Tuohy reported on her attendance at the Library Board meeting <br /> last night. She also spoke about the Downtown Everett Association Board meeting <br /> that she attended this week. <br /> President Bader reported on his attendance at the Puget Sound Regional Council <br /> Policy Board meeting. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Chief of Staff Lyle Ryan had no report. <br /> 276 <br />
