September 18, 2019 <br /> CONTRACT AWARD — CISCO NETWORKING EQUIPMENT, LICENSING, <br /> MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member Murphy, to <br /> award contract and authorize approximately$250,000 to be spent annually with <br /> Ednetics Inc. from Washington State Department of Enterprise Services Contact <br /> #01114/EVT#2018-092 for Cisco networking equipment, equipment, licensing, <br /> maintenance and support. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Members <br /> Vogeli, Roberts, and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> CONTRACT AWARD — EVERETT STATION PARKING EXPANSION <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore,seconded by Council Member Murphy,to award the <br /> construction contract for the Everett Station Parking Expansion to Rodarte Construction <br /> in the amount of$1,026,969. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Members <br /> Vogeli, Roberts, and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BRIEFING AGENDA: <br /> Public Hearing and Workshop on the 2020 Revenue and Expenses. <br /> Presented by Susy Haugen, Finance <br /> Mayor Franklin spoke about steps taken to address the City's structural deficit, <br /> and she thanked Finance Director Haugen, the Finance team, the Council Budget <br /> Subcommittee, and City staff for their work over the last few months. <br /> 281 <br />
