September 18, 2019 <br /> Susy Haugen presented information about City services, budget priorities, <br /> citywide and general government expenditures and revenue, and a five-year <br /> outlook comparison. <br /> President Bader opened the public hearing and invited public comment. <br /> There were no citizens who wished to speak. <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member Tuohy,to close <br /> the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Members <br /> Vogeli, Roberts, and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign a Resolution establishing Human Needs <br /> Priorities for 2020 Grant Funding. <br /> Presented by Becky McCrary, Community Development <br /> Ms. McCrary noted the citizens' advisory committee discussed providing grants to <br /> more fully fund programs as opposed to spreading dollars out to multiple smaller <br /> grants. <br /> Authorize the Mayor to execute the 2012 and 2013 Community <br /> Development Block Grant Loan Agreement Amendments in a form <br /> approved by the City Attorney. <br /> Presented by Becky McCrary, Community Development <br /> Ms. McCrary stated the Cocoon House is requesting an amendment to two <br /> Community Development Block Grant forgivable loans that were executed in 2012 <br /> and 2013. She stated that action is scheduled for next week, which will authorize <br /> the Mayor to sign the appropriate loan transfer documents in a form approved by <br /> the City Attorney. <br /> 282 <br />
