T'he cicar width of tLc elevator lobby is requircd to be fivc feet, per IBC Al 17.1 section 4042.5. <br />2. The pro61e of the stair handrails should be shown as `graspable' on the dra�vings, per IE3C Sections <br />]009.11.1, 1009.11.3 and ICC/ANSI 505.7. <br />3. The elcvation of door type I indicates a vision litc, which should be located so that t1�c bottom panel is a <br />maximum height of 43 inchcs above thc floor, or a minimum height of GG inches above the flaar, per <br />1BC Al 17.1 section 404.7..10. <br />Upon submission of rivo insert sets of revised drawings retlecting the correctior.s requested, your application <br />will be processed. Applicable codes include the 200G Intcmational Building Code (IRC), the 200G International <br />Fire Code (IPC), the 1.00G Intemational Mcchanical Code QMC), the 200G Washington State Energy Code <br />(WSEC), the 200G Washington State Ventilation and Indoor Air Quality Code �VIAQ), thc 2003 Accessible and <br />Usablc Buildings and Pacilitics Al 17.1-2003 (ICGANSI) and thc City of Evcrett Municipal Code, including <br />Chapter 1 G.7G, Automatic Pire Detection and Pire Suppression Systcros. All codes rcferenced, as adopted by tl�e <br />City of Evcrctt, should includc current revisions by thc Statc of Washington. Thesc comments address building <br />issues only.
