See structural details provided by HN Lehtinen Engineering also see Architectural stair <br />detail 1/A2.2. <br />�2. See structural details provided by HN Lehtinen Engineering for window openings 3 and C at <br />exterior walls were provided and approved previously under separate subm�ttal. <br />�3 Phase 4 openings at interior stair and grid line 11 are part of inis permit application; see <br />attached structural information as provided by HN Lehtir�en Engineering. All other openings <br />were permitted under separate submittals. <br />General: <br />�1. The code analysis has been updated and attached. <br />a. Height of Building - Existing +/- 35'-0" <br />b. Identification of Floor levels, first (main — 35610sf) & second (upper - 5554sf) <br />c. Building classification utilizes Non-separation of the occupancy classifications. <br />d. Occupancy and square tootage breakdown see attached. <br />e. Phase 2 permit application area equals 1427 sf and includes the Baptistery, and <br />the sound booth area on both floors. <br />f. Note added to plans tYiat second floor doors in path of egress shall remain <br />unlocked in path of travel. <br />g. Balcony is not to be used for assembly ourposes. The balcony shall be occupied <br />by sound technicians only, aliowing a 300'-0" path af travel distance. The <br />distance from the sound booth to the lobby is 246'-0" plus an additional 52'-0" to <br />the lobby exterior door. Total distance of travel is 298'-0" from the sound booth to <br />, the building exterior. <br />f1�' �! Please see reduced plans for room-by-room cccupancy break down. <br />�3. The existing upper floor area and the addition of the office space shall be ieclassified as a <br />second floor. <br />�%4. Barrier free restroom marked not used. <br />✓ 5. The second floor Balcony is part of the Phase 2 permit subrrittal and is not assembly it is <br />accessory to the assembly area and will house sound equipment for use during services <br />and olher activities held in the assembly area. See notation for phasing on olan. <br />� <br />
