Otherwise, thc balcony could be classificd as business <br />occupancy per IBC section 303.1. <br />�'I'here is a dctail for an accessible toilet on the plans that should probably be marked as not used, since it <br />is not reFcrenced in the scope of work. <br />Firc Resistancc Ratings <br />l. Thc architcct, per IBC sections 508.3.1, 508.3.2, and/or 50833, should identify selection of accessory <br />occupancies, nonseparated occupancics, ancllor separated occupancics in the code analysis. <br />J <br />Note: this building might be reclassificd as a two stories, non-separated use building (with occupancies <br />of B, A-3, and E) if the most restrictive occupancy for each floor meets the consWction type, height and <br />arca restrictions for all tloors.
