General: 1. The code analysis has been updated and attached. ✓ a. Height of Building - Existing +/- 35'-0" � b. Identification of Floor levels, first (main — 35610s� 8 second (upper - 5554sf) � c. Building classification utilizes Non-separation of the occupancy classifications. � d. Occupancy and square footage breakdown see attached. ' e. Note added to plans that second floor doors in path cf egress shall remain unlocked in path of travel. ✓h. Balcony is not to be used for assembly purposes. The ualcony shail be occupied by sound technicians only, allowing a 300'-0" path of tr�Jel distance. The distance from the sound booth to the lobby is 246'-0" plus an additional 52'-0" to the lobby exterior door. Total distance of travel is 298'-0" from the sound booth to the building exterior. � �2. Please see reduced plans for room-by-roorn occupancy break down. e/ 3. The sound booth at the second floor level is open to the space below, the booth is enclosed with a+42" framed wall as guardrail. � See attached baptistery cut sheet for dimensions, drainage etc. Baptisms are done one at a time with a ministerial assistant. � 9� The height of the Baptistery is dimensioned as +32" AFF with the platform being + 25" AFF �J with the Baptistery then being + 7" above the platform level. Access from the plattorm to the Baptistery shall be provided when Baptisms are conducted, typically a few times a year. When not is use the Baptistery shall be covered and secured. �See plan for addilional detailing. The double line to the east has been modified to clarify the � Platform / Baptistery area. � 7. The Balcony is not assembly it is accessory to the assembly area and will house sound equipmerit for use during services and other activities held in the assembly area. �8.
