Per the requirements of the 2006 IBC the reclassification requesled is as follows: <br />✓ <br />Two story, non-separated used of Type III-A construction with fire sprinkler system thru <br />out. Occupancy types are B(Business) and A-3 (Religious Assembly with accessory <br />religious education use per IBC 508.3.1.3 exception.) <br />Exiting: <br />'1. Door swing has been reversed. Room occupancy does not require doors to swing out. <br />�2. The balcony is for sound equipment and sound technicians only with a maximum occupancy <br />of 4 people at 100 sf per person in a 319 sf space. <br />3. Seating layout exists; seating is fixed and shall remain. The seats are the original theatre <br />� seats and isle configuration. <br />� 4. The exit doors are existing and are not being modified. <br />✓5. Please see revised / updated code analysis with main sanctuary occupancy of 356 fixed <br />seats included. <br />�6. Hand rails to be provided on both sides of ramp at +34" AFF of ramp. The south side shall <br />be mounted to the existing wall and the North side shall be self-supporting. Rail diameter <br />shall be 1'/z' continuous graspable painted metal rail. <br />71. Ramp shall be constructed at a 1/8 max. slope and shall land at platform elevation +25" <br />/ AFF.
