Data provided by the City will be provided in Excel format. • Stantec shall be entitled to reasonably rely upon the information and data provided by the City or obtained from generally acceptable sources within the industry without independent verification except to the extent such verification is expressly included in the Scope of Services. • In case of any scope change,Stantec will make the City aware of the change and its impact on budget and schedule and shall not start any work without the City's approval. • The City will cooperate with Stantec for any coordination to get the required data from the respective agencies and organizations. • Workshops identified in Exhibit A will be held at the WPCF and will include the Project Manager and Project Engineer attending in person. Other required team members may join the workshop in person or via Skype. • Level of detail included in the Facility Plan will be similar to that included in the 2010 Water Pollution Control Facility Engineering Report(revised,April 2010, Carollo).
