® Stantec August 6,2019 Page 13 of 14 • Monthly invoice and status report • Quality Management Plan Task 1000 Allowance for Unspecified Services This task includes a budget allowance for services outside the scope defined in Tasks 100-900 that may arise over the course of the project. Use of funds in Task 1000 will be at the City's discretion and must be approved in writing by the City's Project Manager prior to initiating the Stantec team efforts. Key Assumptions The followings are key assumptions that apply to this project. • Project award will be at the end of August 2019 and the final Facility Plan will be submitted by December 2020(16 months). • Stantec will provide draft agendas prior to every meeting or workshop with City staff and will prepare minutes for City review. • Kickoff meeting and the first site visit will be on the same day. Five Stantec team members will attend the Kickoff Meeting and site visit. If kickoff meeting and site visit are held on different days,several team members may attend the kickoff meeting via Skype. • All documents and drawings will be delivered electronically in PDF format.The Final Draft and Final Facility Plan will be transmitted electronically in PDF format together with two signed and stamped sets of hard copies which will be mailed to the City. • All draft documents (reports and drawings)will be submitted for one round of review and comment prior to finalization.The city will have 10 business days to review and comment. • City will provide daily influent flows and wastewater concentrations,effluent flows and wastewater concentrations, and available process and operational data in spreadsheet format. • City will provide land use and zoning information for service area, including City of Everett and any other contributing districts.Service area boundaries,zoning, and land use mapping will be provided in GIS format. • Condition Assessment of tanks that are in service at the time of condition inspection,including lagoon/pond liners,will be based on available data and information from City staff. No separate inspection will be provided. • Seismic resiliency analysis will be based on current code requirements for existing buildings as described in ASCE 41 as Basic Performance Objectives for Existing Buildings,ASCE 41;assessing the ability of facilities to perform at a higher level of service is not included in the scope of work. • No bench or pilot testing is included in the scope of work. • City will be responsible for all efforts associated with sample collection and analysis based on the Sampling and Analysis Plan prepared in Subtask 400.001. Data will be provided to Stantec in Excel format.
