® Stantec <br /> August 6,2019 <br /> Page 13 of 14 <br /> • Monthly invoice and status report <br /> • Quality Management Plan <br /> Task 1000 Allowance for Unspecified Services <br /> This task includes a budget allowance for services outside the scope defined in Tasks 100-900 that may <br /> arise over the course of the project. Use of funds in Task 1000 will be at the City's discretion and must <br /> be approved in writing by the City's Project Manager prior to initiating the Stantec team efforts. <br /> Key Assumptions <br /> The followings are key assumptions that apply to this project. <br /> • Project award will be at the end of August 2019 and the final Facility Plan will be submitted by <br /> December 2020(16 months). <br /> • Stantec will provide draft agendas prior to every meeting or workshop with City staff and will <br /> prepare minutes for City review. <br /> • Kickoff meeting and the first site visit will be on the same day. Five Stantec team members will <br /> attend the Kickoff Meeting and site visit. If kickoff meeting and site visit are held on different <br /> days,several team members may attend the kickoff meeting via Skype. <br /> • All documents and drawings will be delivered electronically in PDF format.The Final Draft and <br /> Final Facility Plan will be transmitted electronically in PDF format together with two signed and <br /> stamped sets of hard copies which will be mailed to the City. <br /> • All draft documents (reports and drawings)will be submitted for one round of review and <br /> comment prior to finalization.The city will have 10 business days to review and comment. <br /> • City will provide daily influent flows and wastewater concentrations,effluent flows and <br /> wastewater concentrations, and available process and operational data in spreadsheet format. <br /> • City will provide land use and zoning information for service area, including City of Everett and <br /> any other contributing districts.Service area boundaries,zoning, and land use mapping will be <br /> provided in GIS format. <br /> • Condition Assessment of tanks that are in service at the time of condition inspection,including <br /> lagoon/pond liners,will be based on available data and information from City staff. No separate <br /> inspection will be provided. <br /> • Seismic resiliency analysis will be based on current code requirements for existing buildings as <br /> described in ASCE 41 as Basic Performance Objectives for Existing Buildings,ASCE 41;assessing <br /> the ability of facilities to perform at a higher level of service is not included in the scope of work. <br /> • No bench or pilot testing is included in the scope of work. <br /> • City will be responsible for all efforts associated with sample collection and analysis based on <br /> the Sampling and Analysis Plan prepared in Subtask 400.001. Data will be provided to Stantec in <br /> Excel format. <br />
