The following information defines the implementation Services to be provided by TripSpark as well as the effort that <br /> will be required from Customer staff and resources. <br /> Unless otherwise indicated,TripSpark will provide`standard' implementation Services(project management, <br /> operational review,testing,installation,training,etc.)as defined by TripSpark. Any special requirements will be <br /> considered a change request and processed through our standard change request system. <br /> Overview <br /> THIS IMPLEJMENTATION INVOLVES THE FOI,LO1,1 INC HIGH LEVEL TASKS: <br /> 1. Operational Review <br /> 2. Software Installation and Configuration <br /> 3. System Administrator Training <br /> 4. Dispatch Training <br /> 5. Driver Training <br /> 6. Go-live Support <br /> 7. Equipment Pilot <br /> 8 Equipment Roll-Out <br /> Pilot <br /> The initial Equipment phase of the project will involve the installation and commissioning of five(5)new in-vehicle <br /> units(Ranger 4.4)by 3'd party installers contracted by TripSpark,configured to communicate with the TripSpark <br /> back office products via a public cellular data network. <br /> Roll-Out <br /> During and following the pilot,3rd party installers will install the Equipment units on the remainder of the fleet(22 <br /> Fleet and 2 Spares). <br /> Any special requirements may be considered a change request and processed through our standard change request <br /> process. <br /> The key assumptions that TripSpark has employed while determining the level of effort involved with this <br /> implementation are presented below. <br /> - Customer is responsible for the purchase and installation of any required server hardware(servers shall be <br /> preconfigured to TripSpark's specifications). <br /> - Software will be delivered`off-the-shelf. <br /> - With guidance from TripSpark,Customer will procure data plans from a public wireless provider of your <br /> choice,to be employed by the new in-vehicle Equipment. <br /> City of Everett <br /> Contract Amendment#5 <br />
