• Geographical coverage,especially in rural areas. <br /> • Minimum data plan of 10 MB per month per unit(25 MB recommended). <br /> Operational Review <br /> Customer's staff will be required to participate in the Operational Review. In advance of the conference calls, <br /> Customer's staff may be required to collect information and respond to a simple survey. <br /> Within five(5)days of delivering the operational review,the TripSpark PM will schedule a meeting to review the <br /> Operational Review Document. It's encouraged that Customer review the Operational Review Document internally <br /> prior to the meeting. <br /> System Installation <br /> TripSpark will coordinate with Customer staff to schedule the installation of the pilot fleet. <br /> Vehicles will be prepared in`groups' and installed so as not to impact the overall fleet during peak periods. <br /> Note:Customer will be required to provide a safe and secure location to store in-vehicle components prior to <br /> installation. <br /> Training <br /> Training provided will be based on the standard TripSpark`train-the-trainer'training sessions.Customer driver- <br /> trainers will be trained by a TripSpark specialist on the full usage of the Ranger4.Customer driver-trainers will be <br /> responsible for training the rest of the drivers on the usage of the Ranger4.TripSpark will provide instructions, <br /> documentation and support necessary to train a System Administrator(specified by Customer)on troubleshooting <br /> and diagnostic techniques.TripSpark will provide up to three and a half(3.5)days of onsite and offsite training. <br /> Customer's resources are encouraged to participate in all training sessions related to their field,as outlined in the <br /> Operational Review. <br /> IDEAL TRAINING ENVIRONI1F:NTS INCLCDE: <br /> • Networked computer for each trainee,connected to the test environment. <br /> ■ White board and markers <br /> • LCD projector <br /> • Equipment units for trainees and trainer <br /> If the items above are not available,TripSpark will work with Customer to identify alternative arrangements. <br /> Acceptance Testing <br /> The final phase of the project will be acceptance testing. Acceptance testing will be performed in the form of a <br /> `pilot' project.
