October 9, 2019 <br /> 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers. Council Member Roberts also announced the <br /> General Government Subcommittee is scheduled to meet in the council chambers <br /> next Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. <br /> Council Member Tuohy spoke about the dedicated service Carl Gipson gave to the <br /> community and offered condolences to the family. She also provided a reminder <br /> that the Monte Cristo Awards presentation is scheduled for tomorrow evening, <br /> October 10, at the Historic Everett Theatre. She noted doors open at 6:30 p.m. <br /> and the program begins at 7 p.m. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher spoke about the Gipson family's years of service to <br /> Everett and offered condolences. She reported on her attendance on Monday at <br /> the Westmont-Holly Neighborhood meeting. Council Member Stonecipher also <br /> provided an update on the Public Safety Subcommittee meeting, which was held <br /> earlier this evening. <br /> President Bader offered condolences and tribute to Carl Gipson for his <br /> extraordinary service to the city. President Bader also provided an update from <br /> the Snohomish Health District Board regarding the potential funding for the <br /> provision of Naloxone to law enforcement officials. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Lyle Ryan, Administration, had no comments. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney David Hall had no comments. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> The following retail cannabis licensees with current Title Certificates spoke in <br /> support of increasing the number of retail marijuana stores with medical <br /> 301 <br />
