I I1 direct payroll costs of any Project, insurance costs directly identifiable to any specific 2 Project, penalties, any costs incurred regarding company owned Equipment normally I3 classified as a direct Project costs, etc. 4 Owner: The City of Everett, Washington. "Owner," and the "City" mean the same. 5 Owner's Representative: The person designated in writing by the Owner to act as its I 6 representative at the construction site and to perform construction inspection service and 7 administrative functions relating to this Contract. I19 Shall: Required conduct. 20 Shown: Refers to information presented on the Drawings, with or without reference to the 21 Drawings. 22 Specifications: Includes 2016 WSDOT/APWA Standard Specifications, all 23 Amendments herein, and all other Specifications in this Contract. I 24 Specify: Refers to information described, shown, noted or presented in any manner in any 25 part of the Contract. 26 Submittals: The information required by the Contract Documents provided by Contractor I27 to the Owner's Representative or Owner. 28 Total Float: The amount of time any given activity or path of activities may be delayed 29 before it will affect the Completion Date. 1 30 Traffic: Both vehicular and non-vehicular traffic, such as pedestrians, bicyclists, 31 wheelchairs, and equestrian traffic. I 32 Unabsorbed Overhead: The reduction or loss of contribution to recovery of the 33 Contractor's Overhead costs realized by the result of reduced Project and/or Contractor 34 billings due to any reason whatsoever, including a Project Extension.
