I <br /> I1 direct payroll costs of any Project, insurance costs directly identifiable to any specific <br /> 2 Project, penalties, any costs incurred regarding company owned Equipment normally <br /> I3 classified as a direct Project costs, etc. <br /> 4 Owner: The City of Everett, Washington. "Owner," and the "City" mean the same. <br /> 5 Owner's Representative: The person designated in writing by the Owner to act as its <br /> I 6 representative at the construction site and to perform construction inspection service and <br /> 7 administrative functions relating to this Contract. The terms "Engineer" or "Architect" shall <br /> 8 be interchangeable with Owner's Representative. <br /> r9 Person: Includes individuals, associations, firms, companies, corporations, partnerships, <br /> 10 and joint ventures. <br /> I 11 Project: The undertaking to be performed under the provisions of the Contract. <br /> 12 Provide: Furnish and install, complete in place. <br /> 13 Punch List: List of incomplete items of Work and of items of Work that do not conform to <br /> I14 the requirements of the Contract Documents.
