1 <br /> 1 1 <br /> 2 To be considered a responsible Bidder who is qualified to be awarded a Public Works <br /> 3 Project, the Bidder must meet the responsibility criteria set forth in Chapter 39.04 RCW as <br /> 4 follows or as amended: <br /> 5 <br /> 6 (a) At the time of Bid submittal, have a certificate of registration in compliance with <br /> 7 Chapter 18.27 RCW; <br /> 8 <br /> 9 (b) Have a current State unified business identifier number; <br /> 10 <br /> 11 (c) If applicable, have industrial insurance coverage for the Bidder's employees <br /> 12 working in Washington as required in Title 51 RCW; an employment security <br /> 13 department number as required in Title 50 RCW; and a State excise tax registration <br /> 14 number as required in Title 82 RCW; and <br /> 15 <br /> 16 (d) Not be disqualified from Bidding on any Public Works Contract under RCW <br /> 17 39.06.010 or 39.12.065(3). <br /> 18 <br /> 19 1-02.4 Examination of Plans, Specifications, and Site of Work <br /> 20 1 21 1-02.4(1) General <br /> 22 Section 1-02.4(1) is amended by adding the following: <br /> 23 <br /> 24 Before submitting its Proposal, the Bidder shall visit the site and familiarize itself with <br /> 25 the conditions under which its Project is to be performed and correlate its observations <br /> 26 with the requirements of all Contract Plans, Specifications, and conditions. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 1-02.4(2) Subsurface Information <br /> 29 (March 8, 2013 APWA GSP) <br /> 30 The second sentence in the first paragraph is revised to read: <br /> 31 <br /> 32 The Summary of Geotechnical Conditions and the boring logs, if and when included as <br /> 33 an appendix to the Special Provisions, shall be considered as part of the Contract. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 Section 1-02.4(2) is supplemented with the following: <br /> 36 <br /> 37 (January 2, 2012 WSDOT GSP) <br /> 38 The soils information used for study and design of this project is available for review by <br /> 39 the Bidder at the following location: <br /> 40 <br /> 41 ***Appendix B of the Project Manual *** <br /> 42 <br /> 43 The soils information includes the following: <br /> 44 <br /> 45 Boring and Core Logs <br /> 46 <br /> 47 1-02.5 Proposal Forms <br /> 48 The first paragraph of Section 1-02.5 is deleted. <br /> 49 <br /> 50 Section 1-02.5 is further amended by adding the following: <br /> City of Everett Page SP1-6 Special Provisions <br /> Everett Station 80 Stall Parking Expansion June 2019 <br />
